Short, because there is not much to it: we take a name, a number and an address so we can turn up with a truck, and we keep the paperwork the law makes us keep.

This is a demonstration website shipped as a template. The company, the
address, the telephone number and the figures on it are invented; the
telephone number is inside the range reserved for fiction and cannot be
dialled. Replace this page and src/lib/site.js before the site
goes anywhere near a customer.
What we collect
Your name, telephone number, email address and the collection address, given when you book. Nothing else, and nothing about you is bought from anyone. The booking form on this template composes an email in your own mail app — it posts nothing to a server.
What we keep, and for how long
Waste transfer notes are kept for two years, because a registered carrier is required to keep them for two years. Booking details are deleted twelve months after the job. Photographs of a cleared room are kept until you have confirmed the job is complete, then deleted.
Who else sees it
The transfer station sees the load and the tonnage, not you. Nobody else gets your details, and we do not run advertising or analytics on this site — it makes no third-party requests of any kind.
The published prices
The eight load prices are inclusive of labour, VAT and disposal, and hold inside 12 miles of the yard. They are quoted against the fraction of the bed the load fills once it is packed by our crew. Loads over half a tonne are weighed and quoted separately. Items on the refused list are not carried at any price.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it inside a month. Email [email protected].
